What we store, and what we do with it

The values you type into the assessment — your age, sex, measurements, and any blood report numbers you enter — along with the scores we calculate from them.

Your contact details, but only if you give them to us: your name and mobile number when you ask for the summary, and your email if you add one.

If you order the test, your delivery address, preferred slot, and the payment reference. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — the payment provider handles those.

How you arrived here — which ad or link you clicked — so we know which of them was worth running.

Produce your result, and let you compare it against later ones.

Contact you about a test you ordered, and pass what the doctor needs to the doctor.

Improve the product, looking at patterns across many people rather than at any one person.

We never sell your data. Not to insurers, not to advertisers, not to anyone.

We never share it with anyone outside the clinical team involved in your care, except where the law requires it.

Your assessment is not readable by other visitors. Nothing on this site lets one person look up another person's results.

Write to privacy@metaboliq.life from the email you gave us, or send us the mobile number you used. Say you want your data deleted and we will remove it, along with anything derived from it, and confirm once it is done.

If you have ordered a test, we may have to keep the invoice for as long as accounting rules require. Everything else goes.
